A drizzly start to the
day but the weather improved as the ride progressed. Five of us set
off from the Community College and with John and Paul in the lead the
pace was pretty quick. Up the hill from Colebatch to Cefn Einion and
Marddu then the long slow climb up to Anchor. A really good ride
with the fantastic sweeping descent down towards Kerry.

At Kerry Vale Vineyard we rendezvoused with the others who had made their way on a rather less hilly route – 12 of us in all. Lunch was delicious as always at Kerry Vale although no one partook of the wine. One puncture on the way home and we arrived back in sunshine! Another great Sunday ride.
